I had the pleasure of living in Poland for 3 years. During this time I became very familiar with the culture of a people who are so warm, welcoming and proud of their culture and heritage. My Polish experience was a blessing.
Poland is a photographers delight. With many unique cities such as Krakow, Gdansk, Warsaw and others, the architecture and landscapes are breathtaking. One cannot live in Krakow without becoming painfully familiar with the atrocities of WWII. Although this was a dark chapter in Poland, and Europe’s history, there are countless tales of a people re-emerging and defeating adversity despite the odds.
Poland will forever be in my heart.
